Sales professionals in a Worktales workshop session around an Insights Discovery wheel

About Worktales

Worktales was founded on a simple conviction: organizations grow when the right people are in the right roles, equipped to perform. We focus exclusively on sales: the function where talent and performance most directly shape commercial outcomes.

We kept seeing capable people overlooked and teams built around roles that looked right on paper but stalled in practice. The gap was rarely skill. It was alignment. So we built Worktales to close it, by understanding how organizations actually sell and what individuals bring beyond a CV.

Today we partner with organizations and sales professionals to build lasting working relationships. Every placement, program, and engagement is treated as part of a larger journey, a meaningful chapter in a broader work story.

Message from our leadership

Growth rarely happens by chance. It is the result of having the right people, the right capabilities, and a culture of performance that enables organizations to consistently create value and develop opportunities.

At Worktales, we focus exclusively on sales. We believe every engagement should leave an organization stronger than we found it, creating practical improvements that continue delivering value long after our work is complete.

Winning isn’t a destination. It’s a culture built through the right people, the right strategy, and disciplined execution.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What does Worktales actually do? Recruiter, trainer, or consultant?

All three, working as one commercial system across three phases. Diagnose shows what is working, what is not, and where to focus first. Develop builds the strategy, governance, and talent your sales organization needs. Deliver develops people and leadership through practical training programs.

Where does an engagement start?

With the Sales Excellence Diagnostic™. It assesses 90+ criteria across 9 assessment areas to show what is working well, what is not, and where to focus first. Its findings determine what Develop and Deliver should contain.

Do we need all three phases, or just one?

Clients engage at the phase most relevant to their situation. The Diagnostic always comes first. Subsequent phases are sequenced to its findings, not sold separately.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on the phases you engage and the scope the Diagnostic defines. We provide a tailored proposal after understanding your requirements.

What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?

Talent Acquisition engagements include onboarding support and a 90-day follow-up after placement. We stay involved to help identify and resolve issues early.

Do you develop our existing team, or bring in new people?

Both, as the findings require. Deliver programs develop your existing salespeople and leaders, tailored through Insights Discovery® profiles. Where the Diagnostic shows a talent gap, Talent Acquisition within Develop brings in new hires through our curated sales talent network.

What’s the time commitment from our side?

It depends on the phases you engage. The Diagnostic defines what each subsequent phase involves before you commit to it, and time commitments are agreed during scoping.

What kind of companies do you work with?

We work with B2B organizations across MENA and the GCC that rely on sales teams to drive growth, from growing businesses to established commercial organizations.

How do you measure success?

Every engagement begins with clear objectives. We measure success against agreed outcomes, whether that’s hiring, capability development, or sales performance.

What is Insights Discovery® and why do you use it?

Insights Discovery® is a licensed psychometric assessment that helps people understand communication styles, motivations, and behaviors. It creates a common language that improves collaboration, coaching, and performance.

Are you a long term partner or a one off vendor?

We build long term partnerships. Many clients start with one service and continue working with us as their business and sales teams grow.

For Sales Professionals

How often should I update my CV in your database?

We recommend updating your CV every 6 months to keep your profile current and improve your chances of being matched with the right opportunities. If you change jobs, gain new skills, or earn new certifications, update it sooner.

How is Worktales different from a traditional recruitment agency?

We specialize exclusively in sales recruitment and stay involved during your first 90 days after placement to help ensure a successful transition.

Will you guarantee me a job?

No. We can’t guarantee a job, but we can improve how you’re presented, matched, and evaluated to maximize your chances of success.

Do I need a perfect CV to work with you?

No. Your CV simply needs to clearly present your experience and achievements. If improvements are needed, we’ll let you know before sharing it with employers.

What if I’m early in my career but have strong technical skills?

We look beyond years of experience. We assess your potential, capability, and mindset to match you with suitable opportunities.

What happens to my data after I submit it?

Your information is kept confidential and is never shared without your consent. You remain in control of how your profile is used.

Do you place full time and part time roles?

Yes. We recruit for both full time and part time opportunities, depending on our clients’ requirements.
